At Cala Jade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we offer a 14-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags and protective bags are intact to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original dust bag and shipping box, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel, removing any old tracking stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to your nearest authorized courier point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
